Kostumes for Kids
The purpose of our club is to “recycle” and/or make costumes for the entertainment and enjoyment of kids who don’t always have the most exciting things to look forward to and help to make their camp experience wonderful. Our plan is to collect and recycle gently used HiLites, dance recital & Halloween costumes. We will contact camps like Camp Barnabas where Kennedi serves as a summer missionary and Camp Cavett where Ava has donated dance costumes in the past. Our mission statement: To provide new or gently used costumes for underprivileged, special needs or terminally ill children solely for their fun and enjoyment while they are away at camp.

Meeting Schedule:
Mondays (based on our school sponsors schedule and determined before next school year)

Application Process: Kostumes for Kids will be all inclusive. Officers will be nominated by the current board and self-nomination will be strongly encouraged. A vote by the outgoing board will determine next year’s officers. Strong consideration will be made for good grades, attendance to meetings and community service hours.

Membership Requirements: Each member must be enrolled at HPHS, pay yearly dues and attend at least 3 meetings per year.
