Teacher/Event that the reservation is for (Leave spaces in event name so it will word wrap on the calendar. The time of the reservation will be automatically added to the event.)

Facilities reservations made over multiple days reserves the facility for that time period on each day. For example, making a reservation for 8/1 - 8/15 at 8:00 am - 10:00 am will reserve the facility from 8 to 10 on each of the 15 days.

Note: If reserving the entire day, use 12:00 am (midnight) to 11:45 pm
