MAPS: Moody Advanced Professional Studies

The Moody Advanced Professional Studies (MAPS) program is a profession-centered approach to education, offering juniors and seniors unique learning experiences leveraging team projects and class presentations while earning course credits.

The professional skills acquired through this program equip students with critical competitive advantages as they prepare for post-secondary education and professional careers. The curriculum is augmented by the frequent participation of industry guest speakers, real-world challenges, and modern projects developed in collaboration with local businesses and universities. Some MAPS focus areas are co-taught by two teachers over two consecutive class periods, while others are a single course taught by one teacher.
