Astronomy Club

About Us: The Astronomy Club meets to observe seasonal sky changes and astronomical phenomenon in the planetarium, and hosts an annual trip to McDonald Observatory in West Texas, one of the darkest sites in the United States. Aside from our more local meetings in the planetarium, the Astronomy club hosts an annual trip to McDonald Observatory in West Texas. One of the last dark sky observatories in the world, the celestial viewing here is the best you will ever see.
