Teacher Profile

I started at Highland Park ISD in 2020, and I am honored to be part of the HP community!

As the MIT Department Chair, I bring 15 years of experience in teaching business and technology to high school students. My goal is to equip students with the skills they need to thrive in our evolving digital age. I thrive on developing and implementing innovative curricula, building strong relationships with students, and inspiring a love of learning using cutting-edge technology.

Before transitioning to education, I worked in the financial industry, where I earned an M.B.A from the University of Texas at Dallas and specialized in equity trading and compliance, holding Series 7, Series 63, and Series 24 licenses.

Interacting with and developing young, creative, and curious minds is a challenging and rewarding experience.  I look forward to making a positive impact in our students' lives together!
