Randall Allen / Standard Biology

Hello,

Thanks for visiting!  I joined Highland Park HS in 2009. I have taught Standard Biology all of those years. I have taught in other districts in Texas and in Nairobi, Kenya (3 years).

I am married and have three grown children. My wife and I live in Plano, Texas.

My bachelors and masters degrees are both in education, and they were both earned at Hardin-Simmons University.

I grew up as a child of missionaries in Zambia, Africa. I also went to school in Kenya at Rift Valley Academy.

Growing up in Africa helped me to appreciate nature, and develop a desire to help others appreciate it as well.

I coached soccer for 35 years before concentrating on teaching on it's own.

Family, sports, reading, hiking, travel, and coffee are things that I enjoy.

My life mission statement is- To help all people, in my spheres of influence, experience joy!

My official tutoring times are: M/W - 3:35pm - 4:00pm.
