Profile
I am honored to continue my journey as part of the Highland Park team this year as a biology teacher. As an educator, I strive to provide a safe and supportive learning environment for my students in which they are able to explore their abilities as lifelong learners by means of higher-order thinking. I received my education at the University of North Texas and received a Bachelor of Arts in biology with a minor in chemistry and education. I was also a part of the Teach North Texas program. Through the Teach North Texas program, I developed my abilities as an educator through hands on experience in the classroom and student-centered based training.
