Shannon Phillips

Profile

Shannon Phillips joined the faculty of Highland Park High School in 2011 after previously directing programs at Westlake High School, Lake Highlands High School, and Richardson High School.  A graduate of Allen High School, Mrs. Phillips holds a M.Ed. in educational administration from Lamar University and a B.A. in dance from Sam Houston State University.  Professional affiliations include membership in the Kilgore College Rangerettes Forever (past-president) and the Texas Dance Educators Association (former vice-president).  Currently, Mrs. Phillips directs the Highland Belles, trains prospective Belles in the Belles Prep class, and oversees the Senior Internship Program.  She is honored to serve as the HP Centennial Endowed Chair for the Fine Arts.
