Exclusion from Athletics, P.E., Yoga, Pilates etc.

All students are required to take physical education during their four years in high school
The school nurse should be provided documentation on all medical conditions that will require special accommodations.
Parent/Students should contact their athletic trainers, coaches and school nurse to inform them of all medical conditions that might require special accommodations.
A written doctor's activity restriction note will be required for any student who cannot participate fully in his/her physical education class.

Emergency Evacuation:

For students who have disabilities, recent surgeries, injuries, etc. requiring crutches, wheelchairs and/or medical devices that may impact your student in an emergency evacuation. Please contact the clinic prior to your student's first school day requiring crutches, wheelchairs and/or medical devices so we can provide the appropriate safety that your student may require during the school day.
