Exclusion from Athletics, P.E., Yoga, Pilates etc.
- All students are required to take physical education during their four years in high school
- The school nurse should be provided documentation on all medical conditions that will require special accommodations.
- Parent/Students should contact their athletic trainers, coaches and school nurse to inform them of all medical conditions that might require special accommodations.
- A written doctor's activity restriction note will be required for any student who cannot participate fully in his/her physical education class.
Emergency Evacuation:
For students who have disabilities, recent surgeries, injuries, etc. requiring crutches, wheelchairs and/or medical devices that may impact your student in an emergency evacuation. Please contact the clinic prior to your student's first school day requiring crutches, wheelchairs and/or medical devices so we can provide the appropriate safety that your student may require during the school day.
