Christen Armer
Mrs. Armer is excited to be serving here at Highland Park High School as the Personal Counselor after counseling at MIS and HPMS for the past 11 years.
After growing up in Dallas and studying Psychology and Spanish at the University of Texas at Austin she completed her Master's Degree in Counseling at Texas A&M Commerce. This is her 29th year in Education having taught high school Psychology, and Spanish at the high school, middle school, and elementary levels before Counseling. She is thrilled to continue supporting the amazing students and families in Highland Park ISD, providing attentive empathic listening and assisting students and families in working through various challenges!
