Bio
I'm thrilled to be back at Highland Park High School. I started my teaching career at HPHS in 2003; where I fell in love with the school and the students. I was involved in everything from Community Service Council to ASTRA (an all girls service organization).
In 2011 the love of my life asked me to marry him and we moved to Toronto, Ontario for five years. It was a wonderful experience and it's a great city.
In 2016 we moved back to Dallas and I started a wonderful new position at Highland Park Middle School. At the middle school I started the Coding classes for the 7th and 8th graders. It was great fun to bring a new program to the middle school.
Now...the best part....this year I'm back at the high school teaching Computer Science classes - which I love!
Comp Sci is the best!! I love sharing the world of Computer Science with the kids.
In my free time I like to read coding books (seriously I do), have nice meals out and in with friends. The Winspear Opera House is one of my favorite places in Dallas, and most of all...I love to travel. "Not all those who wander are lost." - J.R.R. Tolkien
