Susan Phillips
About Me:
Hello! My name is Susan Phillips, and I teach two English courses: English II TAG, and English III Standard. I graduated from Highland Park High School in 2000 and attended SMU, where I received degrees in Psychology (BA '04) and English Literature With a Specialization in Creative Writing (MA '06). This is my 9th year teaching English and my 6th in the district. As a Park Cities resident and stakeholder with three of my own children attending HPISD schools, I am excited to help students reach their potential as readers, writers, and analytical thinkers. I can't wait to get to know my students and their families as we work together this year!
