Coach Bobby Leidner
Profile
Howdy, I began teaching science here at Highland Park High School in 2009. My first year, I taught Biology and two years later, I started teaching Anatomy and Physiology as well. I also have the opportunity to coach Varsity Football (Defensive Coordinator) as well as Varsity Baseball (Pitchers and Catchers). I earned my undergrad from Texas A&M University with a degree in Kinesiology in 2003. After graduating, I taught for six years in Desoto ISD teaching Biology and coaching Football and Baseball before coming to HP. I have since earned my Masters Degree in Educational Administration from Lamar University in 2012. I am married to my wife Melissa who teaches 5th science at McCulloch Intermediate School and we have two boys Will and Jack. We enjoy traveling in the summers, hunting, fishing, and watching sporting events.
