Teacher Profile
I graduated from Highland Park High School in 2000. Four years later, I graduated from the University of Mississippi with a degree in business. After working for a little while in advertising, both my husband and I decided to shift our focus to a career that we felt might have a greater impact. I acquired my alternative certification from A&M Commerce and began my career in teaching at Rockwall High School. I worked in all grade levels over the next ten years and in the process earned my Masters of Education. This is my nineth year at Highland Park as a teacher, and I am happy to be home.
