Jay Harris
Jay is beginning his 33rd year at Highland Park where he graduated in 1978. Received his Business degree at Texas A&M and his Masters at North Texas. He teaches Law, Business, and Banking Classes and is the Head Athletic Trainer for the district. He is also sponsor of the senior class. In 2012-13 he was honored as HPHS Teacher of the Year. In 2014 he was inducted into The National Wrestling Hall of Fame for service to the sport of wrestling as an Athletic Trainer. This past year he was inducted into the Texas Hall of Honor for his contributions to the sport of wrestling as an Athletic Trainer.
